Absolutely the best experience. Karli and Krista are who I primarily dealt with and they are quick to respond, caring, friendly. I never felt like I was bothering them (and I asked a lot of questions). When they say the staff treats you like family, they are 100% correct. Dr Dorner is an expert, truly one of the best.
I have been living with a painful, abnormal shaped breast for over 4 years. After care with this office is horrendous. Wait months to get calls returned. Charges full price (almost 4k for 1 breast) replacement over and over again after implants that were a "new model" that are not supposed to get pockets, somehow continue to get pockets. Replacement surgery prolonged for hours due to some type of inspection happening at the same time.
