My experience at Dr. Carter's office was deeply disappointing. I had been so excited to finally see a Black dermatologist and waited two months for my appointment, only to be let down. After waiting for an hour—partially due to being 20 minutes late—the consultation was incredibly brief. A staff member took photos of my face, and then the doctor came in for a conversation that lasted no more than 7 minutes. I had hoped for a thorough, personalized consultation. I have been going to her for yeeearrs lol she is absolutely amazing. I don’t have to see her often but she always address concerns and gets me what I need. Go see her, she is the best. Front desk staff is also super friendly, Brandon is best! Love them dearly
I had my first visit yesterday and it was a great experience. The staff was so nice and Dr. Carter was truly welcoming and knowledgeable about my concerns. The staff was full of smiles. Dr. Carter and her staff 10 out of 10 for sure! I can’t wait for my next appointment!
