Rented the slushy machine for my wedding. Due to the venue being an hour away we needed to rent it the day before. After setting it up, it turned out that one side leaked very badly and was unusable and the other side kept having to be turned off and back on to function. Because we rented it a day early we were past the allotted time to inform them it didn't work. Spare key was $4.50 !!!
Now under new ownership and service has suffered immensely. Came in just moments ago to try and get a key cut. I pressed the service desk button and waited, and waited, and watched the cashier gab away, waited more, then after ten minutes I left. The customer service is non existent. The prices are extremely high and stock is limited unless you want an overpriced grill, lawnmower, or snowblower. Home Depot and Menards have better prices, selection, and even better customer service.
Great hardware store. If they don't have what you need, you probably don't need it
