Sold the exact same bag of marble rock as an ACE in a neighboring town. $11 at this location. $3.49 at the the other. They refused to do any price match or negotiating or any kind. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The people at Dorn Ace Hardware are helpful which for someone like me is necessary.
Ace Hardware has a lot to offer. I just found out that they rent tools and I was able to rent a hammer drill to take care of a project at home. The employee who helped me, Shawn, was very helpful.
The worse service ever, when you go to counter they don’t even acknowledge your there… this is second time tried shopping there will never go back.. Ace in Waunakee are great people will go there always !
Rented the slushy machine for my wedding. Due to the venue being an hour away we needed to rent it the day before. After setting it up, it turned out that one side leaked very badly and was unusable and the other side kept having to be turned off and back on to function. Because we rented it a day early we were past the allotted time to inform them it didn't work.
