Called looking for help with door hardware. They said “come on in and we’ll help you out” they had 0 knowledge of what they were looking at. Wasted a half hour of my time. Edit to add: All I wanted was a sliding glass door replacement handle that had either a latch or key on the outside of the door. My dog locks the door from the inside. It would have been a simple request that should have been handled over the phone. The person I believe is the manager at this store is terrible. He comes across as very apathetic and seems like he doesn't want to help customers or even enjoy his job. I called last week to check if a part was in stock, and his response was, "It sounds like you already know what you need; you should come into the store." He then passed the phone to another employee, who ended up being extremely helpful in finding the part I needed. However, the employee refused to tell me the name of the coworker I was speaking to.
