Gavin was a huge help! I had a screw stuck in a project and came in to buy a tool to get it out. Rather than sell me a tool I’d use once, he went ahead and just removed the screw for me (I had the project part handy). 10/10 customer service, will come back when I need to buy hardware.
I visited this location for the first time last week. I was surprised to see the store lacking customers. It was maybe 2-3 customers including myself. There were surely more employees than customers. I was greeted when I walked in and helped to the item I was looking for. Hopefully this store is doing alright. If not, they really need to cut back on wages.
I was greatly helped by Sam, in particular, with his knowledge about drywall screws. He listened to my home repair project and gave me advice on how to fix it.
"It was delightful to stroll without any unwanted attention." I love it
People there were very knowledgeable and very helpful.
