Don't buy a Dorn home! Our new house AC wasn't cooling first summer we moved in. They fixed the mis-installed wire. The second summer, AC stopped work agin, installer charged us over $1300 for labor alone. AZ ROC stated the contractor must cover their workmanship for 2 years. Dorn refused to cover the labor cost. The house is so hot and unlivable while we try to communicated with Dorn. Dorn is very unresponsive. I am a contractor who decided to try and purchase a turn-key family home (Dorn Homes), instead of building myself. This decision was one of the worst real estate moves I ever made. The list was a mile long of very poor workmanship. One word to describe: "CHEAP."
