Took my niece who HAS a needle stuck inside her knee, the lady who scheduled the surgery mixed up dates and now my sisters little girl is in pain, swollen, and pure miserable. How dare you mix up surgery times and dates with a child in an emergency situation! Absolutely pathetic letting a child suffer due to the mistakes of scheduling. Not to mention the Xray staff was very aggressive twisting and pulling her little legs to get the xray photo! Shame on Dorminy!! Do better! THIS IS A CHILD!
The nurse was rude, accused me of wanting pain pills. When I already told her I had the same one at home and they wasn't working. and she that I was lucky to be getting some. Another lady said that they did her the same way. And they're extra slow doing nothing.I have lupus and migraines, so I visit quite often. I never asked for pain meds.Most of the doctors give me shots.
Worst hospital in the area. I do not recommend this, please by pass and go to tifton hospital. They are more experienced, well managed, and very alert of what is happening with each individual patient that comes through the door unlike Dorminy medical center.
