Went to Dormers to try and find a lid to a 40oz cup. Unfortunately, no luck. Josh was able to locate on the internet the exact lid I needed for my cup but, alas, they were not available. He did not insist on selling me a different cup. In my opinion, GREAT customer service as there was no pushing their products! Josh was very easygoing and has a great personality. I highly recommend this business.
This is not customer-related, but I feel extremely important. My daughter was lost and on the verge of heat stroke. She went there for help to contact me. A gentleman named Josh called me to tell me she was there and allowed me to talk to her. He kept her safe until I could get there. I will be eternally greatfull for his kindness and help. Thank you so much, Josh. You are amazing!

Called them for an order but they said 50 count per design. I didn't need so much so instead of helping a local business they lost me to amazon where I am not required to over produce what I need.
