Extremely upset with our embroidery order. Brought in 6 pairs of FIGS scrubs that needed the Right breast pocket embroidered with our company logo. They switched it to right chest above the pocket with no communication. Not at all what we were looking for, and now an almost $600 order of scrubs looks completely wrong. They tried to say the only way to have done the pocket would have been to sew it shut, but a coworker has embroidery scrubs with their company logo on the pocket square. Went to Dormers to try and find a lid to a 40oz cup. Unfortunately, no luck. Josh was able to locate on the internet the exact lid I needed for my cup but, alas, they were not available. He did not insist on selling me a different cup. In my opinion, GREAT customer service as there was no pushing their products! Josh was very easygoing and has a great personality. I highly recommend this business.

This is not customer-related, but I feel extremely important. My daughter was lost and on the verge of heat stroke. She went there for help to contact me. A gentleman named Josh called me to tell me she was there and allowed me to talk to her. He kept her safe until I could get there. I will be eternally greatfull for his kindness and help. Thank you so much, Josh. You are amazing!
