I hire dormer king to put an extension in my house 26x27. They did a great job, when I need it anything or whenever a had a question they always listen and make sure I was happy. ..I honestly love the job they did at my house...
Let me start by saying this was the most honest contracting company around. I left my home open to a dozen different workers and my hone was just the way I left it. I had several revisions and frank was more than patient . Every request and concern was addressed . One review mentioned Dormer King leaving them with a bad job abd not coming back well that has to be completely untrue. Dormer King did a Dormer for me and I love the work. The owner Tom came to my house every day to see if I was happy and I was very happy with every thing. Every one at Dormer King was great.
I hired them to put a second floor dormer on my house when they came over they seemed to be honest and know what they were talking about ( boy was I wrong ). Since hiring them I still do not have a house to live in and the pain they caused me and my wife is mind blowing. They used warped wood so nothing is straight or they lost their level. The roof leaks and no one will come and take a look at it. I hired dormer king to work on my house and they told me everything that they were going to do and when it came to finishing the project they left me with the clean up and with a job that was not finished by a normal persons standard. and when confronted about it they became VERY defensive. good luck with this company if I could I would give them a negative rating
