Dorman Products is such a family oriented employer, they genuinely care about all of their contributors, (employees), the pay is good, the work is fun, atmosphere and people are amazing. I love my job.
My son has worked there several years and he likes it. They’re always doing something for the employees. My son is on the activities committee and they think of games for the employees to play during their breaks. They have dinners for the employees every once in a while. They give incentives. You can summit ideas that might make things more productive. My son has summited several and they chose one a couple of weeks ago. Great people to Work with
Good benefits, for those with limited computer skills and the ability to improve workable skills-and also learn to drive equipment and very safety mind. When it’s is very hot there are popsicles brought around to help cool you off! You don’t see that everywhere. Must be willing to work OT in summer ,also offers flex time to help keep absentee points down!
