My experience before finding out that what I thought was done I would have rated a 5...but feeling that the dealership service department and warranty let me down. And when you let one down just know others are around the corner. This is just another case to leave in the hands of a Loving God that sees all and Knows. So this cas is surrendered to Him.
The customer service was second to none!!
This dealership was fantastic when Locke was still here with us. He always made you feel at home and welcomed. Now this dealership is real quick to insult the customer waiting to buy a vehicle. Finance guy, while he stayed in his office with the door opened and sat in his chair, unbothered to come out on the sells floor and talk to the customer waiting on him. He ate and talked loudly about my finances across the room. “do you honestly think he will get approved, wastes of your time, he’s 21.” -Well this 21 old year left cap... read more
