I buy hundreds of covers each year from this company and have done so for over 10 years. Their quality is excellent and their commitment to satisfying customers is 2nd to none. As a 30 year Hot Tub industry veteran I can honestly say Hugh and his team , consistently rate as my best supplier.

This business makes awesome cover custom to fit anything and they honor their work every time. I work for an hottub/patio company and have been installing custom made covers made by Hugh and his team for years. Every one is perfect and exactly as we order it. I prefer these to factory covers for the vinyl quality and thickness and the option to use tapered foam inserts of various degrees of taper. They simply don't care about delivery dates. We've been waiting 6 months with no communication from them nor commitment to deliver, and yet full payment was required 6 months ago in September.
