Quite concerned about some of the things I saw, and heartbroken because this service is so needed in our community. It's absolutely crucial that a psychiatric facility is adequately staffed and has proper systems in place prior to attempting to care for both violent and/or vulnerable patients. Unfortunately, for now I would seek care elsewhere. Â

The break room had more bugs than snacks, and the stress? Served 24/7 like the cafeteria mystery meat. If youâre into trauma bonding with pests and chaos, this is your Disneyland. Otherwise, run â and donât forget to shake out your scrubs before you leave.Â
Hi, my name is Anthony. I recently went to emergency at Northern Nv medical hospital and yes they got in very quickly but the doctor was not very professional , she was wearing winter pants, dirty tennis shoes and a dirty jacket, but the worst part is the she handle her self as a doctor. West Henderson Hospital 1155 Raiders Way Yesterday 8/25/25 in the emergency room /Raiders Way two patients only in the ER. . I am 75 and suffering with severe hip and back pain unable to walk. I also have 6 stents and an Aortic Aneurysm. The first thing I notice the whiteboard was dated with the staff for 8/24 with Dr. Chang as the physician. Great hospital and staff. Dr Shores and Teice are two people I want to highlight in this review. I went from inpatient to the rehab program and then after 8 days I went to the out patient program. I tell you what these two people saved my life and Teice took care of everything after DC, she even escorted me personally to IOP. thank you for saving me! Â
