I had a Telemedicine video call with Dr. Doris Leon Concepcion on Monday 4/14/2025 and her approach, kindness, professionalism and empathy was amazing!! percent pro patient! She gave it all to help me get an approval from my Medical Plan just on time to my Pulmonologist appointment after 2 times in Emergency at AdventHealth Celebration!!! Thank you Dr. Leon!!!!
Since Dr Leon-Concepcion left the practice the Hunter’s Creek office SUCKS. No one speaks English it seems and to get a call back is impossible. The only good thing about this office is the building. It’s not worth 1 star.
The girls in front and the nurses are super nice and helpful, and Dr. Rivera is so nice, he doesn't rush to get you out.
Horrible incompetent office staff. HORRIBLE
