The receptionist signed me in immediately. After a brief wait a nurse took me back and took my vitals and told them to me as she performed them. Then she told me the doctor would be in shortly and left the room. Shortly afterwards the doctor arrived, performed the examination, and described the results as she progressed. We discussed my overall health in depth and she recommended some positive actions I could take. She scheduled a follow-up visit for labs. I highly recommend Palmetto Family Medicine and Prisma Medical care.
This was my first visit with Dr. Best and I was very pleased with my experience. Dr. Best was kind, patient and thorough. She spent time asking questions and listening respectfully to my responses. She treated me with respect and expressed empathy and genuine concern for me as a person and any health concerns I had. I highly recommend Dr. Best!
