We purchased a new water softener last fall. It did not work correctly. Kyle and his crew came out multiple times to come up with a solution. Ultimately, the unit was faulty. We replaced it with a new one and it is working fine. I highly recommend Dorion Plumbing. Kyle and his crew do excellent work, and are just a top-notch bunch of guys. We will definitely give them business again, without hesitation. And so should you.
What an amazing company. Called on a whim in a moment of plumbing crisis on a Saturday morning, and Kyle totally saved our butts. An ABS pipe connected to our sump pump burst overnight (after two weeks of heavy rain!), and within no more than 30 minutes, he calmly defused a nightmare situation. Also very kind, fairly priced, & down to earth to deal with as a company. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Kyle ia the best you can get. I think of him as a water guru. Last year he took on some projects for me. He was on time, did the jobs perfectly and the cost was better than I expected. Then today, a Sunday, I get back to the summer house to open it and there are multiple water problems. I text Kyle and he answers quickly and diagnoses and helps me resolve all of them through text (they were actually easy problems but I dont know this stuff).
