I booked one appointment and they cancelled the day of, which screwed me over for a business trip. So I rebooked for two weeks later and they cancelled on me again, the day before the appt this time. Both appts were at 4pm so I’m guessing they decided they didn’t want to work that late and left me hanging. Not sure how to respond so editing my original comment: not gonna snitch but the appt was made thru Booksy
I had an appointment with my barber, and the owner walked in and kicked me out because I guess they had a meeting or something but I was already seated and my barber was about to start the cut. Keep in mind I had the appointment scheduled a week in advance just to get kicked out. The owner didn’t apologize or anything he just said “he needs to leave right now” in a very rude manner. I would not recommend. The barbers themselves are amazing it’s just the owner that I had an issue with.
Place is clean and looks very nice inside. Great staff and I was happy with the service
Exceptional experience 5 out of 5. Hair cut disappointing 0 out of 5. Wanted to get son a hair cut last minute decided to try Dorians due to normal barbershop booked. His mullet was completely hacked, He arrived with a mullet left with a bob. Now we have to go to another barbershop to take it down and start over.
