My carpets looked worst than before, they didn't clean under the bead nor in the robes, left the carpets soaking and stinky. The two people I spoke to on the phone were rude and disappointing. I had to pay another company to fix the problem.
Don't call this company they clean your carpet so fast they spay the stains with a little spot remove and steam clean right away. Don't even let the so called spot remover sit for a couple of minutes to work. It all about how fast can we get the carpet clean yeah what a joke. Call someone else you be better off.
