We are so incredibly disappointed with Dorian as a company. I hope this feedback reaches someone who can benefit by taking a little extra time to review the warranty and customer support they will receive if they choose to purchase a product from Dorian Tool. Some of the worst customer service I have encountered - especially considering I purchased a $10K item.
