I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I was told I had to pay more just because I didn’t order photos within 24 hours — something that was never disclosed to me. No flyer, no link, no mention of a deadline. When I contacted an online agent, they confirmed that I’d have to wait 14 days and pay an extra $8 because preordering had closed.
