First I wanna make it clear this is not some small independent local studio. Not even based in Idaho. Now let’s move on to customer service. I purchased a digital download of my son‘s graduation in May 2026, they never state how big the image is but when you’re paying $32, most companies understand you at least wanna make an 8 x 10. Waste of time going there, there's nobody to speak to to discuss what you want with regards to your pictures. The customer service number doesn't work nobody answers the door when you ring the bell. Recommend that you find another studio for your photographs, certainly not this one.
Their pictures are good, but the pricing and ordering process are incredibly frustrating. Digital photos cost over $20 each, which feels excessive for a single image. On top of that, you need a separate access key for every individual photo. I spent time emailing back and forth trying to get access keys, and it quickly became more hassle than it was worth and they wouldn't help me in a direct way. I had a heartbreaking situation with my son, who is a senior this year. Somehow, he was completely left out of his school’s yearbook. I reached out to Dorian Photography to verify that he had actually taken his senior picture. An amazing team member, Bria, found my son’s photo within minutes. She then went above and beyond by coming up with a creative solution so I could order prints for our family to frame in their homes.
