Worst photographers for school pictures. Photographers don’t ensure they are taking quality photos for what you are paying for: Even worse is when there are no options for retakes because your school is not in any district the only option they give you is to deface the photos for a refund. I will never give Dorian my money again. I will instead take my child to a quality photographer on my own time for the prices Dorian charges. Such a crappy business

Working with Dorian Studio has been such a positive experience from start to finish. Their team is professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. Absolutely incompetent staff, doesn't even bother telling the kids to fix their hair or clothes. Your staff and product represent your company, and apparently you don't care what your company produces. I am embarrassed for the company! They're just there to snap as many as fast as they can so they can be done asap. If there's a negative star, it would be -10 for me.

I unfortunately did not receive some of my pictures with the rest of the school, but when I contacted customer service they were on it immediately and Makaela B. was very helpful. Using the chat feature is the way to go...quick service and questions answered.
