Appreciate Dorian's professionalism and kindness to students!
I ordered school pictures for my daughter and only receive part of the order in the mail. I called and spoke to a rep on the phone. She clearly used their CRM system perfectly: was able to confirm my name and phone number, as well as my original order. In less than a 60 second phone call, she had my replacement picture order in their system for me. The service was impeccable.
Very strange operation. I placed an online order for my child's pictures, the way the website is set up is a little confusing and I chose the wrong package. So I called the customer service within 5 min to change the order. They could not change or cancel the order, but said that I could return the pictures after for a full refund. Why waste time and money to print and mail the pictures if I'm just going to return them? Why not just cancel the order. Customer service doesn’t exist.
I tried to find a way to reach customer service & despite misleading links (that went nowhere) to email & chat, I’m left to provide feedback here. The Dorian website is TERRIBLE. If they cared about their customers they’d make even minimal investments in their website. Total garbage. I’ll be reaching out to my kids’ school to insist they change school photo providers. And I thought LifeTouch was bad…
