If I could give this company zero stars I would! We had an extremely disappointing experience with Dorian Photography. Our school photos took 3+ months and still were not delivered within the promised timeframe. We were originally told to expect them within 14–21 days, but that window passed with no photos and no meaningful communication. What made this worse was how unprofessional the situation was handled. Thanks for losing my grandchild’s picture and not offering any way to rectify
Pre-ordered photos for two kids at the same school. One child, no issues. The other came home with a folder that is empty after winter break that says "sorry, we cannot print a photo package because your student was not photographed or there was a technical malfunction." He was absolutely photographed. These were make up picture day photos as we were out of state on initial photo day. The company issued a refund and sent us an empty folder home, their online chat was equally unhelpful and ended the chat before I was finished... read more
