I would give negative stars if possible. I have NEVER had an order with them that wasn't delayed by months, only to receive blurred photos with really bad lighting. JC Penny's did a better job. Im just thankful I'll never have to deal with them ever again!

Senior Pictures are so over priced , I hope our high school finds a new photo vendor next year. They are overpriced and have awful customer service. We paid 179 for one digital picture. When I had questions they never responded.

I love Dawn so much! She went above and beyond for me to secure images that I thought were lost forever! She spent 20 minutes on the phone with me locating these precious memories, and I am forever grateful! Thank you Dawn for your amazing help and kindness!

For so many years, the school has arranged for your team to take photos of the children. However, two out of every three times, the photos turn out poorly. The lighting is often too dark, the children’s hair ends up messy and disheveled, and they are forced to wear unnatural, awkward smiles that don’t belong to them at all. We really do not want your team coming to the school to take photos anymore. It’s a waste of money and, more importantly, a waste of our children’s valuable class time.
