I contacted Dorian Studio because I hadn't received my daughter's school photos. I started a chat with Makaela and she was fantastic! She took the time to listen, was helpful and graciously let me know that that she would mail the photos to my home address. I appreciated her help very much, thank you Makaela!

Very pleased with their customer service! My daughter didn’t like the background I chose for her graduation photos and they changed it for me and resent my order:) I was extremely impressed with their response time and resolution!
Customer Service was very helpful in getting my the right information to access our photos and how to do retakes. The photographers clearly don't all know how to work with kids, or how a Cap and Gown should be worn on photos.
