I am truly surprised the school uses such a poor quality company to take photos of our precious children. This year it is really disappointing. They are unable to take the time to center a picture. I think it's time for Dorian studios to look at their staff and policies to make changes.
We have used Dorian for years at our school and have been very pleased with the entire staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I’m very disappointed with their services….i truly wish our schools had a different photo studio. They wouldn’t print my kids photos because of their mistake…and made me wait over four weeks for a refund, which I never received. When I spoke to the supervisor Diane, she was rude and threatened to hang up on me for trying to explain the situation. These are important memories for all families and they dropped the ball. At this time, I would give a negative star if I could. Being from California, now in Nevada, this was already an adjustment for me using any other photography company than Lifetouch or JC Penny for school photos. Firstly, I was not happy about not being able to review pictures prior to purchasing as I’ve always been used to. That was not a great first impression.
