Rude receptionist – Today i called Dorfner family medicine to make an appointment, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, she ask why i wanted to leave my other dr, and his name i told her the reason, she then ask me if i have a secondary insurance i said no just medicare.She informed me that i wll still have to pay part of my bill there also.
