I visited your pathology collection centre today at around 11:30 am for a Urea Breath Test. The centre is listed to close at 12:00 pm, but when I arrived at 11:30, the main door was already locked. I managed to enter when someone else was leaving. There was only one person ahead of me, so it wasn’t busy. However, the collector seemed upset, saying they were closing soon and asked me to come back another day, stating the test would take 10 minutes.
