Your website says you are open in wodonga 8am to 11am. Your phone says refer website for opening hours! Think about sick people who make all the way there!! Also, it says walk in test and you dont need to book unless its specialist tests, then you say you cant do simple bloodtest without doctor's referrals despite of paying upfront! So many wrong things here!

Only 2 staff members for a Saturday morning, they were run off their feet but very professional, and they tried to get through the patients as quickly as possible. This is the only collection point in Wodonga on a Saturday and it is over-run with patients, many having to fast. I personally had a wait of 2 hours and I arrived when the doors opened. If Dorovitch are the only blood collection point in the city you'd think they'd have more than 1 open on a weekend, and if that's not possible at least more staff.
Not enough collectors, waiting time is just to long.
