Wheelers Hill clinic worst service. Booking states only tests fir glucose tolerance or holter monitor mandatory all other tests accepted as walk-in. Arrived at 8am and told they only take bookings. The drop-down menu doesn't have my type of test so impossible to book via their booking system online. Dorevitch update your website for this clinic if you only accept bookings.
Ridiculous - the only pathology centre that needs booking. Was pregnant when they didn't allow walk in. Then I saw an elderly lady whose daughter brought her in for a walk in, stating her mum was 97 years old and needs a blood test, still no consideration. I'm shocked.
I didn't realise it was appointment only when I came into the clinic, however they were accommodating and very quick to help me out. Update: I needed more pathology so I called first and the phone prompts said no appointment needed for blood test. I arrived and reception stated an appointment is needed. So I guess you would have to book through the medical centre and not dorevitch... as the prompts don't allow to book a time via the phone number for pathology. If it's a known problem, fix it. Unnecessary confusion.
