Twice now, ive had to follow up on a H Pylori breath test that was done more than 2 weeks after it was taken. I have had health complications worsen because of their negligence. Once is understandable, but twice is a pattern.
All signs and info online say they’re open 8:30 - 3pm. I arrived at 1pm, the building was empty and the door was locked with a sign saying they only open the door at 1:30pm. Staff still hadn’t opened the door at 1:40pm so I had to return to work. This needs to be written online and communicated to patients. Really poor service.
Offered to do part of my blood test as she couldn’t do one specific test out of the list. She then gave me a weird look when I tried to accept HER offer and said “but then you’ll just need two needles instead of one, what’s the point.” Very judgmental, left without getting anything done as it seems like she just wanted to wash her hands of me and go back to her quiet morning.
