No complaints. Very clean. Very quiet relaxing waiting area versus those pathology businesses jammed in busy medical clinics. Very gentle and skilled phlebotomists which I applaud. You have to read instructions on entry such as ring the bell etc or else you may sit waiting unacknowledged for a bit as the staff are in their own workspaces down the hallway usually with clients or doing work. They aren't mind readers so ring the bell or call our Hello like a normal human being!
They suppose to open at 8am. Now it’s 8.30 am still they closed. I need to do my fasting blood sugar and by 9 am I am going to cross my 12 hrs fasting window. Really not happy. Management please wake up
My experience there was amazing they are so gentle when they give you a blood test I barely felt anything they are so caring and nice and I recommend this place to anyone it is so great to be there
Extremely slow. Always is. Waiting here for 20 minutes and no one was called in. I find Dorevitch collectors very slow vs other brands. I really wish my GP clinic would change to another collection brand.
Zakia took my bloods today and did an amazing job, she made me feel at ease and she showed patience and calm. Thank you Zakia
