When there are actually staff available, the staff are great. Over a dozen times I have attended,however, and there is no staff so it is closed. This is a huge problem for healthcare. Management or someone in charge need to lift their game.
As always the service I received at Hopkins Medical was top notch. Efficient, professional and genuinely caring. 5 Stars!
