Longest wait for blood test ever. Very slow. Won't be coming back. Have waited for 40min
I cannot give a lower score. The experience for both times are pretty unprofessional. I came to the clinic at 8.45am for a glucose tolerance test which will need 2 hours on 6th Sept. I have asked the admin twice if I can do it here, otherwise I am happy to go to another clinic close at 2.00pm. She said it should be ok and didn’t let the collector know. When I finally saw the collector at 9.50am, the collector said she cannot do it as the final collection will be 11.50am and the clinic will be closed. I should come to let her... read more
Inexperienced staff. Turned me away to other pathologist because she couldn't find the vein. More concerned about the time she ends her shift
