i went to see Linda during the past week and she overthought about the different lab request order/form for pathology collections, took a while and she couldn't provide the service. So i had to went back to ensure to see Shani this week cause she's the only one who knew how to work things out more effectively. I wish Shani have more working days in Upwey Doctors and get higher paid. I visited early on Saturday morning, as this was the only pathology open in my area. The staff were lovely! Their genuine warmth and compassion were actually a highlight of my day. I felt I was in very professional hands.
