Don't go there male nurse there very rude didn't give a chance to explain .when everything was written on the form with the details.understand asking name and date of birth which was provided. Customer service was great and polite and helpful
Appalling service. Lost sample. Tullamarine centre would not answer the phone or return my calls. Replacement sample provided and paperwork again lost Disgraceful customer service and incompetent staff.
Very happy with service 😀
