If there is a zero star they will get that. Worst experience of my life, they were so rough with the needle felt like stabbed. Never going back there again.
Zahra is a lovely girl communicating very well with the patient. The blood collection was also done very professionally where I didn’t really feel the pain while the needle was taken off (this is the time where the experience and learning actually reflects according to my experience during the blood collection) She also handed the form to me for one of the fasting tests which I didn’t decide to go through since I wasn’t fasting at that time of the day.
