since the hours have been changed its got worse, waiting times are getting worse , i went there, the lady doing the blood test wondered off outside for a personal phn call, for 20/25 minutes then decides its lunchtime for another 30 , cmon people how about letting your patients that your busy for the next 45/60 minutes , ,and i like many others have to pay a yearly fee , to put up with issues like this, no thanks i,ll take my yearly fee and blood tests elsewere .then went back there the next day to try again and i got bloods... read more

Update your hours of service, it's not hard. Very frustrating to go there and find out you're already closed.
I came here today for the first time to have my bloods taken. Never, have I ever, seen such DISORGANISATION at a pathology clinic. What is the point of these numbered tickets? It wasn’t in order, all over the place. Then People being called by names?? Then ticket numbers ?! In random orders!? What is happening! I sat for 1 hour, confused as to what was going on. It should NOT take that long. I have only gone to clinical labs, never again am I coming to this company. I left, never got my bloods done.. I have noticed previous ... read more
Very fast and not too busy on a Saturday early afternoon. The lady was very professional and a master at her craft, didn't feel a thing. Highly recommend!
