Worse pathology. Fraud! Wish i could give them negative stars. Long wait, staff is interested more in chatting than working. It took my daughter around 2-2.5 hours to get blood tests. Few of the tests were not available that day so i was told that they have to order test kits and i have to make another appointment for those tests. I was also told to present my credit card for authorisation. Staff member clearly told that it was just an authorisation and money will be taken only after the tests are completed.That was a lie, N... read more
I visited the pathology centre in May. The service was prompt and the staff excellent. Very personable.
Helpful information from staff i agree
Visited 3 times in a week and had to leave twice as waiting times were well over 30 minutes. Staff all took lunch at the same time leaving 4 people waiting without any word or closing the door for a break. Can hear the staff at the back chatting and hanging out without taking another person waiting in the 30+ minutes waiting. Don't waste your time here.
