Horrendous experience at Torquay Dorevitch for my 9 year old child. Bloods were not accurately taken the first time so had to return a second. Initial results took over a week to return and then they were incomplete. My child experienced a huge amount of anxiety and stress. Woeful.

I have been to this pathology on 3 separate occasions as they’re the only place open at 8am in Torquay, however each time I have been left waiting in excess of 45 minutes with only 1-2 people before me. I have ended up leaving on all 3 occasions. I love the doctors at Orbit, but pathology is terrible. They are so slow, worth waiting until 8:30 when all the other places open.
I recently visited Dorevitch Torquay for myself and my kids bloods tests and was blown away by the level of customer service . Amy was incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met She was polite and convinced my kid for blood tests. Excellent Experience, no needle sting at all. That was our first visit, we were not aware there is a pathology.
