I have private health insurance so paid $380 on the day for my test. They informed me to reach out to dorevich directly for an itemised receipt. Multiple contact attempts via online form, email and phone (waiting on hold for 1+ hours) and no one has responded to me. It has now been over 3 weeks - extremely frustrating service and a large amount of money to be out of pocket. For the price of the test, an itemised receipt should be provided on the day.
