Waited 2 hours for pathology, & then collector said E-referral isn't working.
Popped in just after it opened to get a blood test. Looked like there were approx. 7 ppl in front of me (I took number 8). 1hr and 15 mins later I'm still waiting. I think they're up to number 6. A review of their process is desperately needed.
Went to Dorevitch to have blood tests done, waited 2 weeks for the results was then told by my agency that Dorevitch had not been able to provide results as they were unsuitable and had not been stored correctly. No apology or explanation just 2 weeks of being messed around. Don't bother using these lot as they clearly cant do the basics of their jobs properly.
