Unfortunately I went their today at 8am to do a blood test as there information there open and they are not even open. The receptionist at the medical centre said they are inconsistent
Zöe, the person who took my bloods was super friendly, professional and made the experience easy. As someone who’s anxious about needles, she made me feel very safe and calm.
No one is there to open and be ready to work at 7.30 as the hours say. First person doing get in till 7.45 and everyone was outside waiting .
Tried coming here a few times right on opening time for a blood test and they’re never there. I’ve waited 20 mins past opening before and have had to leave because no one rocked up…
Don’t bother coming here!!! I planned around a busy work day to go there early in the morning, according to opening hours on Google I was good to go. When I got there the signage was poor and there were no signs of life. Luckily someone else who worked in the centre told me no one had come in to staff Dorevitch that morning. They said staffing at the pathology was hit and miss, and alluded to consistently poor operational planning. So frustrating to waste precious time like that. Don’t come here!!
