I give this pathology clinic NO stars. I booked an appointment and was running a couple of minutes late so I called in advance and apologied. I arrived at the clinic for my test 2 minutes late and was scolded by the pathologist on duty. She yelled at me and talked down to me saying I shouldn’t have booked that appointment and then refused to complete the appointment after I had fasted and been off my medication for 2 weeks. My partner and I booked an appointment here and twice we were treated like we were the bag guys due to us booking on a weekend the staff yelled at us made feel horrible because they cannot deal with stress and busy periods close to closing time.
Gentle, kind and caring. Couldn't ask for more.
Great staff and get in early if going on a Saturday morning as a walk in. Extraction of blood sample was painless and fast
