Best of the best! Prue and Carmel are knowledgeable and treat me well which is important to me as I am a regular and good customer service is right up there with my expectations. Wait time is never too long and parking is good. The experience was as good as you can get with a blood test. Thank you ladies and thank you Dorevitch.

the pathologist at the lakes boulevard is phenomenal! she is so kind and gentle, as someone who had a genuine phobia of blood tests, i think she has cured my fear of them. it never hurts or leaves a bruise, she is fast and truly the best!

I had a very disappointing experience at Dorevitch South Morang on Friday 14 August at around 2:30 pm. I arrived at around 2:30 pm to drop off a sample and have a blood test. The Dorevitch website and Google listing state that the location closes at 3:00 pm, so I understood that I was arriving within the advertised operating hours. When I entered, I rang the bell as instructed at reception. The staff member came out and called another patient.
