Visiting the centre second time with my half. Very professional, polite, quick, and always with a happy face. He is smart and pleasant to talk to. I didn’t even feel the needle during the shot.

Wow. Great experience. First time seeing a male Phlebotomist. He was calm, gentle, professional and fast. I left feeling reassured and impressed with how efficient and kind he was. Highly recommend for anyone who may be nervous about blood test.
Been getting a lot of blood tests lately. Been to many patho labs. had a few tests where I felt the jab, or I had a "bleed out/blood spurt" after the injections, but the tech at the most recent test was amazing. Did not feel the jab (the way it used to be for me), no bleed out and no need to "re jab" to get the job done.. Possibly the best patho test I've had in ages (and yes, unfortunately for me I have had quite a few and expect a few more in coming months).....
