Very rude receptionist would not recommend this place Staff need training in people skills !!
I went to clocktower on Monday. The lady did a very poor job extracting my blood. She went straight the vein which she said was easy to see and had to pull the needle out b4 any blood came into the tube. As well as that i had 1 patient in front of of me which took 15 mins. They sounded like they were having fun in there chatting and laughing. Meanwhile there were 5 people waiting. Will b complaing to my doctor on Tuesday when i see him.Arm is still sore and wont b back again.
