We are asylum seekers, and for almost two years I have been coming to this centre for blood tests, even though I am not a patient at this clinic. Usually, there is a tall lady working there, and I believe she is Russian. Even though we are asylum seekers and do not have a medical card, she always processes our tests and sends the invoice to the clinic that provides our prescriptions. Worst pathology experience I’ve had—staff were unfriendly, disorganized, short-tempered, and seemed more interested in clocking off than caring for patients. Also dont accept private medibank even though they confirmed, they accept.
Unfirendly staff. Cant organize my papers. Dont know how to send receipt. Worst service ever. Dont go there.
