After waiting for 2 hour for my sons blood test, we were taken into the room. There were 2 ladies one sitting down and one being told what to do and what to use when taking blood ( assuming new to role or student) when she tried to take blood she missed the vein and started to wiggle the needle in my sons arm to find the vein. Other lady got up and said the blood was clotting too quick and blood was not going to come. My son panicked and said he wasn't feeling well. Easy to get to. Staff member friendly and helpful. Very informative also. Highly recommend.
