The actual experience and care from staff was perfect. Dorevitch is my “go to” because of this. Industrial action, which I wholly support, was being carried out that day, leading to an extended wait time. I’m alarmed by a) the prospect of lesser qualified staff in clinics when I need services, b) the failure of any business to resolve reasonable issues with its employees.
