Helpful and efficient service at Dorevitch Pathology Rosanna!
I waited 1 hour and 35 minutes to get a blood test. I went to the desk twice, and even though they reassured me both times that I’d be next, more people kept going in before me. They had a number system to determine the order, but people without numbers started going ahead of me, including some who arrived much later. Although I understand there can be emergencies, 1 hour and 35 minutes is way too long to wait. Even though the staff member was kind, the overall experience was horrible and draining due to the long wait.
Very happy with the service and staff very nice.didnt have to wait long either so overall very satisfying.
Very good pathologist.
Very slow service. Barely anyone here for pathology yet it took over 45mins to collect sample.
