Fantastic experience! Attended a Wednesday morning at 7am on the dot and there were 2-3 people ahead of me. I was seen within 5-10 minutes of arriving and on my way home by 7.15am. The staff member who saw me was fantastic- she was friendly, reassuring, and efficient. Plenty of parking across the road/on the side street next to the clinic, and very easy to locate the entrance on High St. Clean and comfortable, and overall a fantastic experience. Will be aiming to use this pathology centre moving forwards where possible!

The lady at the counter was absolutely unhelpful and rude. People come into pathology centres because they are unwell and seeking answers through medical testing, and they deserve to be treated with understanding and respect. Unfortunately, the service I received was disappointing, with no empathy or willingness to assist. I would not recommend this pathology centre and will be going somewhere else today.
