Went in at 14:30 for a blood test and didn't have to wait. The phlebotomist was most professional and pleasant, and I only felt the tiniest of stings. Thanks!!

I’ve come before many times and always had great experience. Today we waited outside 15 minutes for someone to come and this time I’ve never seen this lady before. No apologies nothing. Someone else had to tell us it’s her first day. But no words uttered from her. And how is someone arriving to work on their first day 15 min late? No common sense to tell us all that have been waiting that she apologizes.

I went there on a weekend to get my blood tests done as per doc's referral. I'm on a private health insurance with AHM and the lady at the pathology told me that they don't take AHM without even checking their database. She then went on saying that it would be a out of pocket for about $350+. Seeing my reaction to her notes, she then said she would double check and guess what?AHM was on the list and I was able to use my insurance for the tests. This inconvinience wouldn't have caused if she knew what all insurances they cove... read more
