Went for fasting blood test for my mum who is nearly 65 years, she got a private insurance. First of all the pathology lady came late, then she said to us we have to pay first then she will able to do blood test. I was happy to pay and then she said you have to call our account department to pay because they don’t have paying service available there. Their website Always Show wrong information. Today 23/10/2020 it’s now showing open but I been there & they are closed. They don’t answer phone calls.
Patient who said staff were rude must have been obnoxious as staff here are always WONDERFUL. Kind & caring.
Unfortunately quite rude staff. I've been to other dorevich centres and they've been good. Can't say the same with this branch.
