I had a great experience with my pathologist. She was very skilled at drawing blood—quick, painless, and efficient. On top of that, She was kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend!
The lovely nurse whom I believe is named Mami is a pleasure to deal with. I’ve been a patient of the North Road Medical Clinic for over 30 years & to have the pathology attached to the clinic is so convenient. Thank you doctors, receptionists & nurses as you are all doing a magnificent job.
Worst experience ever — I went to get the GTT test at 28 weeks pregnant. I don’t know if this nurse called Mami was discriminating against Asians or had a bias against pregnant women. There was a paid service that required a physical card, and they wouldn’t accept mobile payments, transfers, or even allow my partner to bring the card over immediately. Fine, that’s not a problem. The issue was the nurse’s attitude, which was the coldest and least empathetic I’ve ever encountered. I will never come back here again!
