Disgusting service. Avoid this place like the plague (the premises looks like it belongs in one). Never sent vital blood test results to my specialist and there’s no way to contact them via phone or onsite to request they be sent again other than a generic email address to Dorevitch. Two emails and no response to either. So thank you for causing a lengthy delay to a possible life altering diagnosis and more costs for my specialist due to your appalling lack of professionalism and basic standard of care. Great location, efficient and friendly staff and doctors. Highly recommend their services.
Went on a Monday afternoon and was met by a delightful Nurse along with her partner, who was also very nice, gave me one of the most pleasant blood tests I have had. Didn’t feel any pain at all and the process was quick and easy. Hope I get the same nurse for the next one. Thank you 🙏 Update: Saw Donna there most recently and she is fantastic!! Had a lovely chat and before I knew it the blood test was done. All pain free 😊 thank you Donna 🙏
