Great location, efficient and friendly staff and doctors. Highly recommend their services.
Went on a Monday afternoon and was met by a delightful Nurse along with her partner, who was also very nice, gave me one of the most pleasant blood tests I have had. Didn’t feel any pain at all and the process was quick and easy. Hope I get the same nurse for the next one. Thank you 🙏 Update: Saw Donna there most recently and she is fantastic!! Had a lovely chat and before I knew it the blood test was done. All pain free 😊 thank you Donna 🙏
I did a pathology screening here. Thought it was free. Then got a random SMS a few weeks later saying I owed $ for the service. I could not get one single person in the whole organisation on the phone to confirm it was a legitimate bill. I cannot stand it when you get caught in the cracks of an automated phone tree. Terrible experience ... And I was trying to pay them if I owed them !!!
